In our hyper-connected, always-on world, exhaustion and burnout can take many forms.

According to a recent Gallup study, “76% of employees experience burnout on the job". More importantly, the study also discovered that it was how individuals experience their workload that made the most significant impact on their well-being.

How can we help employees manage their stress at work?

Re.Charge your mind is a virtual space you can escape to, pause & rewind, find inner peace, and connect.

When you strengthen this internal capacity, you can discern how you are experiencing and relating to your work.

With this knowledge, you can better manage your energy, acknowledge when you need rest and recovery, and build capacity for intensive high-performing work periods.

Mindfulness supports the development of self-awareness, the first competency of emotional intelligence. 

Practicing mindfulness has the benefit to change one’s reaction to stress, enhancing resilience, and improving interpersonal relations and communication.

Re.Charge your mind is an evidence-informed approach to teaching mindfulness in the workplace. helps foster a feeling of calm, mental clarity, and concentration.

The program is adapted from the prestigious Search Inside Yourself program, developed at Google.

How does it work?

The program is structured into 6 weekly sessions of 60 minutes each, delivered as a live online experience.

Each week, participants learn new techniques to improve mindfulness, self-management, well-being, and resilience, which they then practice each day and apply to their work.

The 6 weekly sessions  interactive online program includes:

  • An introduction to the neuroscience supporting mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

 

  • Foundational exercises to focus attention, calm the mind and develop emotional awareness.

 

  • Practical workplace applications to support participants in greater self-awareness and enhanced ability to respond to stress and challenge more deliberately.

 

A highly interactive experience, with 1/3 presentation and 2/3 hands-on exercises.

We will learn how to be aware of our emotional triggers and manage them effectively while staying focused in difficult and uncertain times.

  2. Develop the skills to harness mental clarity and focus in any situation.

  3. The ABC module- helps you stop and choose your response before acting.

  4. Increased self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy, three foundational emotional intelligence competencies.

  5. Practical take-away skills: mindfulness, journaling, tools, and techniques for self-awareness and self-regulation.

  6. Tools to improve communication and build awareness of others’ emotions and perspectives.
