Become an Emotionally Intelligent Leader

-The workshop-

Build sustainable, high-performing teams and improve team engagement by creating a psychologically safe, empathetic, and inclusive work environment.

Are you familiar with “the new normal” era, where everything is NEW but nothing is NORMAL?

This Era brings an ambivalent change to the workplace.

Where some teams have stayed productive and inspired.

Most, however, saw a lack of engagement and motivation, which eventually led to what’s known as:

The Great Resignation.”

According to Gallup’s 2021 report, 80% of employees across the world are not engaged in the workplace.

And we know how vital engagement is to achieving organizational goals!

Luckily, researchers have found that what supports employee engagement the most is EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE.

In these new times, it is crucial to develop trusting and thriving teams with emotional intelligence because:

What really matters when creating an optimal team performance is less about who is on the team, and more about how the team works together.

So what does the team need to succeed?

They need to FEEL:

  • Included

  • Safe when learning something new

  • Comfortable speaking their mind

  • At ease when challenging the status quo

  • Without fear of being embarrassed, marginalized, or punished in some way

How does it work?
